Meet Cori: From Overwhelmed to Organized in One Hour

If you tried the Balance Wheel exercise I’ve shared previously, you might’ve thought to yourself: “How can I possibly address all of these different areas?”

That’s where time management becomes critical. One of my favorite ways to address that challenge is by creating simple, effective systems—especially for scheduling and project management.

Let me introduce you to Cori:

Before: She felt scattered, unsure of which tasks to prioritize each day, and overwhelmed by a growing list of responsibilities.

During Our Session: Within an hour, we built a block schedule and a project management system in Notion—laying out her tasks, deadlines, and creative ideas in one clear place.

After: Cori felt immediate relief, gained more confidence, and started hitting her goals without the constant stress.

In her own words:

This has been an incredibly helpful session. I feel so much less stressed and clear on what I need to do.

“Do I Really Need A ‘System’”

Sometimes people believe they can handle everything in their head or with random to-do lists. However, without a clear system, tasks pile up, deadlines slip, and stress can skyrocket—often without us even realizing it.

Having a structure in place that actually fits your life frees you up to focus on the work that matters, rather than juggling a million scattered thoughts.

Here's a quick tip to get started: Try the "Two-Minute Rule" from David Allen's GTD methodology—if a task can be done in two minutes or less, do it immediately. This simple rule can significantly reduce your to-do list and lessen daily overwhelm.

If this resonates with you—or if you’re just tired of feeling behind—I’d love to help you set up a system that works for your unique situation. Let’s discuss this more in a complimentary strategy session: Click here to book your session

Time is the one thing we can’t get back. Let’s make sure you’re using yours in the most fulfilling way possible.
